This is about a HQ 100% fully-compatible Seal-Kit (2 pcs) for BOS Idylle FCV 37mm – comparable to BOS 150707-SE-06. It is a Combi Seal with metal sceleton.

The Air Cap Puller is a wrench for all Marzocchi Bomber Forks using the Schrader Automotive valve to handle the Air Cap (pull in/out). It is absolutly recommended to handle the Top Air Cap without damages!! All the older 24 & 26mm Marzocchi XC Forks using this as this are almost all oil/air suspension forks. Some Bombers using this valve also (e.g. Z5). Named in Marzocchi manuals as Specific Tool A Item MARZOCCHI Art. no.: 104 Item Art. LARM: 60.32 referenced in YR5008BZ as 'Air cap puller'.

This tool is used for pressing the 38mm oil seal into the lowers top. The smaler bottom section is long enough to keep the tool vertical as this is most impoartant to press the oil seal in! You can also use it to press the dust seal in, but take that little outer ring spring out of the dust seal before you do!!

This the deal: I have collected several blue XC500 in my boxes, all of them are used ones and I already have dissassembled them all for better inspection. This are not NOS, but used ones. Please allow little optical marks. If you buy one, I will take the most best parts I currently have and rebuild the fork from scratch using original Marzocchi seals, oil, new stickers, screws and a steerer of your choice.
