At the peak of its development, Marzocchi ranked among the largest manufacturers of suspension forks and likely released millions of products onto the global market.
Every day, listings appear on your local eBay as well as on numerous local sales platforms — such as kleinanzeigen.de in Germany, willhaben.at in Austria, and many others.

The same applies to spare parts: collectors sell off their collections there, or private individuals clear out Marzocchi parts from their attics and garages.

Also have a look at forums and discussion groups. Facebook nowadays is a good point as there are some special Marzocchi groups - I guess this are the most active communities.

All our seal kits are manufactured to OEM specifications with same dimensions as the original Marzocchi parts using up to date manufacturing processes and materials.
They are not Marzocchi-branded (Marzocchi nor Fox no longer manufactures these parts) but are dimensionally identical replacements. Some of the seals have received small improvements (metal celeton, lips, springs etc.).

That's simple : for the years 1989-2018 we have the following stanchions sizes : 24 / 26 7 28 / 30 / 32 / 35 / 38 and 40mm. For 30mm and 32mm there are2 seal kits available. The difference is the outer dust seal which come in 'classic' (flanged) or 'm-arch' style (non-flanged).

The year is stamped in 2-digits in the inner bottom of the lowers. Take that number + 1 and you have the year.

The stanchion is the upper (inner) tube of the fork leg. Measure its outer diameter with a calliper. Common sizes for Marzocchi forks are 24mm, 26mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm, 38mm and 40mm. The fork model spec sheet or the fork crown casting often states the diameter.

If you have done everything right, that's nearly impossible. Check you have the right side up for the oil seals. Make sure you used a proper oil seal insertion tool to vertically press the seal into its seat — if you don't, the metal skeleton will bend and the seal will leak. Also never re-use a seal you have already pressed in, as it will be bent from taking it out.

1. Check your address double in the order / invoice.
2. Make sure someone is at home OR add a note for your shipping provider!
3. In case it did not arrive after a few days contact your local post services and ask for it. In most cases it will be stored and you have to pick it up.

2. Identify data from the stickers, in most cases you'll get forks name and model.
3. Find the 2-digit year in the lowers bottom inside to get the year and count +1.
4. Search my documentation repository https://public-repository.org/, compare crown geometry, top / bottom dials.
5. Find and compare an exploded drawing with your disassembled fork parts to get a close match.
6. Make some pictures and post them to Marzocchi groups like the one @ Facebook. ther users like to help you out.

Yes, all our kits include both 2 inner oil seals and 2 outer dust wipers (also called dust seals or scrapers). All kits also include a SAG ring. Kit contents are listed on each product page.

After every bike ride, rinse off the dirt using a garden hose, without applying pressure. Compress the fork a few times and remove the small ring of dirt with an oiled cloth; repeat this process 2-3 times.
Regulary check air pressure and oil leve!

30 and 32mm have each 2 variants in outer dust seal : classic style flanged (with edge aournd) and m-arch.
Marzocchi made also 28mm seal kits. We don't mad them, as there is almost no requests.

They are not.
What I'm doing is low quantity productions, often 1-5 parts in CNC, may be 20-40 for a fut nut or some n * 100' in seals. This is _very_ costs intensive.
Most of us are used to have everything cheap, but that is mecause of mass production.
I'm for sure not Amazon, selling millions of parts and sponsoring shipping with the overmoney they earn from cloud business AWS.

They are not.
All shipping is standard DHL costs as I don't get discount for my low number of sendings.
And all sendings need to be shipped insured & tracked or users getting mad.

I started with a silver XC600 and rode it many years. I also had bikes with red XC700, red DH3, orange Z1 1997 100, orange Z1 BAM 130 1999, Shiver DC 2002, 66 and 888.
My daily Verlicchi Sintesi Bromont still has the Z1 BAM 130 mounted.

Some kind of product evolution. I changed 30mm seals to better XNBR material and like to have some colour change as most of seals still are black.
I can't use green because of SKF, blue is known to be very bad because of RWC/Enduro silicon seals, red is bad for forks to use.

Yes. XNBR (carboxylated nitrile) seals do have meaningful advantages over standard NBR for suspension fork use — mainly better abrasion resistance, advanced UV protection and improved tensile strength, since the carboxyl groups create additional cross-linking in the rubber matrix. For a fork that's constantly cycling under contamination, that abrasion resistance translates to longer seal life.

One of the most important elements in Marzocchi history is the orange Marzocchi Bomber Z1 from 1997, when Marzocchi with all it's expertise in moto suspension started to rule the MTB suspension market.
This orange Bomber Z1 is still one of my favourites and one of my most supported Marzocchi forks!🫵

If it has footnuts starte there 1st and loose the screws - do not unscrew complete as oil might come out.
