How to mount? Best ist to glue the screw with a very little screw glue type middle hard! This are very small threads, so use minimal force to screw in.

This is about a 1:1 remastered Marzocci Oil Seal Insertion Tool for 26mm XC Series Forks. It helps to press the 26mm Oil Seal verticaly into the slider without damaging! To use it for all XC-Series 26mm Forks from the 90’s : XC600, XC700, XCR, DH3. It is a very handy Tool made from aluminium. Use it with a plastic hammer. There is also a 24mm version available .

This tool is used for pressing the 38mm oil seal into the lowers top. The smaler bottom section is long enough to keep the tool vertical as this is most impoartant to press the oil seal in! You can also use it to press the dust seal in, but take that little outer ring spring out of the dust seal before you do!!

This is about a HQ CNC Custom made Marzocchi SUPER- / MONSTER 2. Gen with modern DM 50×30 Full Flat Top Custom Crown 1 1/8″ bolted black (2003 – 2005).

This product is about a remastered Marzocchi Canti Socket PIN 2006 created out of Stainless Steel / V2A! The other parts I made out Aluminium, nicely anodized black  (original was plastic).  I’m sorry for the price, but it is about 4 parts and I was not able to do this parts in a cheaper way.🙏

Using this tool you can perfect protect your forks slider when you lever out the oil seal out of the slider tube . As you know the Bombers Oil Seal it very good and resists strongly by trying to pull it out. Most comon you will damage your sliders edges and paint without using such a tool!
