Using this tool you can perfect protect your Marzocchi 38mm forks lowers when you try to lever out the oil seal out of the lowers . As you know the Bombers Oil Seal are very good and resists strongly by trying to pull it out. Most common you will damage your sliders edges and paint without using such a tool!

How to mount? Best is to glue the both screws with a very little screw glue type middle hard! This are very small threads, so use minimal force to screw in.

This is about a HQ CNC Custom made Marzocchi SUPER- / MONSTER 2. Gen with modern DM 50×30 Full Flat Top Custom Crown 1 1/8″ bolted black (2003 – 2005).

Marzocchi compatible Bomber BUMPERS in different sizes. Price is for a PAIR of Bumpers = 2 pcs.  For all Marzocchi Forks with DUAL- or TRIPLE-Crowns having 30, 32, 35, 38 or 40mm Stanchions.

Marzocchi Lower Knob red RV – 549089 (2006+) (1 pcs). This is a 3D printed version using MJF – HP Multi Jet Fusion technique.

This product is about a set of  2 pcs Springs for all Bombers with 30mm Stanchions having 130mm Travel , usually known as Part No. 12 in the exploded drawings – used or new. Check compatibility table down here! Usualy you can identify your Springs in the Exploded Drawings for your Fork – please check the MANUALS here !!

Oil and Dust Seal Kit for 38mm Marzocchi forks.

This is a full service kit in original package for XC400 and all older 24mm forks with or without the oil/air separatur plug inside the stanchions (TT10, XC150, MX100, XC300, etc.). It includes 2 pieces each : 4, 20, 22, 26, 38, 38H, 139, 302, 303, 306, 308 Hint: This is a set for XC400, if your fork is an older 24mm fork without the oil/air separator plug, parts 4, 20, 22 will fit, but others might not be needed!   All my sold XC SEAL-KIT’s will include an extra XC SCREW-SET  for FREE !

If you buy one, I will take the most best parts I have and rebuild the fork from scratch using original or Dr-Marzocchi seals, new stickers, screws and a steerer of your choice. This is a service which you never will get again on this world! This fork comes with a 1 1/8″ or 1 1/4″ crown, which means you can also use a 1″ steerer in it by using a aluminium shim!
