This is about a HQ CNC Custom made & reinforced Marzocchi BOMBER Z1 30mm Crown 1 1/8″ press-fit (1997+). 👻 There are different options for steerers. This crowns milled out of a block Aluminium 7075 T6 are much stronger then the mass die-casted ones! Read about here! .

This is about a Marzocchi SHIVER DC Top Flat H34 Crown REINFORCED (2002-2005) rebuild by Dr-Zocchi !! New Drop Crown will be HQ milled out of a Aluminium 7075 T6 block & optimized in strength. This milled version  is much stronger than the original casted one!!🤙

This Kit includes 2x 38 mm Stanchions for Marzocchi Bomber 380 original & new.

This is the well known Marzocchi Air Adapter 37mm for a lot of Marzocchi Forks from 2001-2014.

This product is about a steerer of your choice. I have a lot of steerer in my boxes 🙏😄🎈 You can choose out of 3 sizes : 1″ 1 1/8″ 1 1/4″ with Thread or without (AHEAD), new ones can be up to ~300mm length. +++ Please ask first availability with your details (diameter, length overall, threadened?)!! +++

Using this tool you can perfect protect your Marzocchi 38mm forks lowers when you try to lever out the oil seal out of the lowers . As you know the Bombers Oil Seal are very good and resists strongly by trying to pull it out. Most common you will damage your sliders edges and paint without using such a tool!

This is about a HQ 100% fully-compatible Seal-Kit (2 pcs) for BOS Idylle FCV 37mm – comparable to BOS 150707-SE-06. It is a Combi Seal with metal sceleton.

This tool is used for pressing the 38mm oil seal into the lowers top. The smaler bottom section is long enough to keep the tool vertical as this is most impoartant to press the oil seal in! You can also use it to press the dust seal in, but take that little outer ring spring out of the dust seal before you do!!
