RH+LH LABELS - 888R 04

This updated tool V2 is used for pressing the 30mm oil seal into the lowers top.🤙 The smaler bottom section is long enough to keep the tool vertical as this is most important to press the oil seal in and avoids deforming the seals metal sceleton! We will also do the Tool for Pressing outer Dust Seal in.

This product is about a remastered Marzocchi part named Brake Cable Support Kit Marzocchi Item/Art. 16.1105 based on detailled 3D CAD Modelling work, but this is mirror polished !! The original one is a very rare piece nowadays! It's for early Bombers 1996-2006 with single lower design, a boltened brace only having the support threads for it.

This is about one Marzocchi Lever for ECC / ETA Cartridges and similiar, available in Aluminium silver or black anodized, HQ logo lasered! Also fit in Early SHIVER SC! 100% compatible, machined using modern High Quality CNC processing!  

ADJUSTER GROUP

This is an advanced High Quality Remake of the Aluminum Steerer from the 90’s, which have been produced by lathing using Aluminium 7075!! It has a FEM optimised Conic Geometry with more strength & defined Tolerances for boltened crowns only. If you need one for pressing in please drop me a note. It is a much more robust Version than the one you can currently buy on the market. It has a more detailed Head-Set Part Definition. This is about a Marzocchi AXLE SCREW M16 x 1,5  ; fits in a lot of 20mm Fork thru axles. 100% comp., professional machined using modern High Quality CNC processing. Optimal anodized for better surface & corrosion protection!

This product is about 1 pcs Marzocchi Standard Foot Screw known as Art. No. 532837 including the O-Ring; known as part no. 22 and 21 in the exploded drawings, used in the early Bomber Z3 light, Z5 1999 and many others. Function in Fork : It is a Foot Screw which closes the bottom of the lowers against oil discharge with an integrated O-Ring.

This is a full service kit for DH3 and can be used for XCR also. The XCR might have another damping knob (like the one the DH3 has), please advice or send a picture. This set includes 2 pieces each : 4, 20, 22, 38, 38H, 303 2 O-rings in the damper adjustment assembly 181 (the small one is for sealing, the bigger one to hold the little secure clip) rubber damping ring (320) in assembly 53 Hint: This is a set for XCR / DH3, if your fork is an other fork with 26mm stanchions parts 4, 20, 22, 38, 38H, 302 will fit, but others might not be needed!  All other parts might be available on request!  All my sold XC SEAL-KIT’s will include an extra XC SCREW-SET  for FREE !
