This is a full Service-Kit for the given fork names.

This is about a massiv Reinforced Aluminium Steerer developed for Marzocchi Dual + Triple Fork Crowns like SHIVER DC & MONSTER’s & other strong single Crown Forks like the 66, Shiver SC etc. It is known to be much stronger than the older reinforced ones (508995 & 508996), which Marzocchi developed for the 1st Shiver DC’s / Monster’s / Jr. T.’s in 2002/2004. It has a special conic design to take all the forces a suspension fork needs to hold in various environment conditions and is the strongest one the Technical Specialists from Marzocchi had ever made in 2006+. This one replaces older Marzocchi steerer 508995 and 508995. Pressing Service / Steerer Exchange possible!  🛠🧷🔧 ✔

This is an advanced High Quality Remake of the Aluminum Steerer from the 90’s, which have been produced by lathing using Aluminium 7075!! It has a FEM optimised Conic Geometry with more strength & defined Tolerances for boltened crowns only. If you need one for pressing in please drop me a note. It is a much more robust Version than the one you can currently buy on the market. It has a more detailed Head-Set Part Definition. This product is about a remastered Marzocchi Canti Socket PIN 2006 created out of Stainless Steel / V2A! The other parts I made out Aluminium, nicely anodized black  (original was plastic).  I’m sorry for the price, but it is about 4 parts and I was not able to do this parts in a cheaper way.🙏

This product is about a pair Marzocchi Canti Sockets or Canti Socket Screw from 1993+ – 2001 made out of stainless steel in CNC HQ production! Optional : 3-pin-plate for XCR brakes. It will fit in most of the Marzocchi XC Series Forks and the early Bombers like Z1, Z2 etc. with single slider design and a boltened brace only. If you go with Disc you can close the Canti Sockets nicely using the black Canti Socket Screws.

This the deal: I have several of this forks in my boxes and lots of spare parts. If you buy one, I will take the most best parts I have and rebuild the fork from scratch using original Marzocchi seals, new stickers, screws and a steerer of your choice. This is a service which you never will get again on this world! This fork comes with a 1 1/8″ or 1 1/4″ crown, which means you can also use a 1″ steerer in it by using a aluminium shim! If you want to check fork details or fork dimensions please consult the manual section or drop me a note . All my sold Marzocchi fork rebuilds will contain an extra Seal-Kit* for free! (* 2x inner oil seal & 2x outer dust seal)  

All Marzocchi Models with 24mm Stanchion tubes: Marzocchi Models: XC500 / XC400 / XC50 / XC51 / XC50H / XC300 / XC250 / XC200 / XC150 / XC100 / MX100 / Star Fork / PF1  / StarFork etc. and branded forks aká Kästle HDB 01, Fuchs Sport, Scott’s Xtrashocks etc. Hint: This is a set for XC500, so you might need not all of this included parts for your older 24mm fork! If you own a XC400 or other fork with oil/air separator plug another kit might be the better choice for you!  All my sold XC SEAL-KIT’s will include an extra XC SCREW-SET  for FREE !   

This is a full service kit for DH3 and can be used for XCR also. The XCR might have another damping knob (like the one the DH3 has), please advice or send a picture. This set includes 2 pieces each : 4, 20, 22, 38, 38H, 303 2 O-rings in the damper adjustment assembly 181 (the small one is for sealing, the bigger one to hold the little secure clip) rubber damping ring (320) in assembly 53 Hint: This is a set for XCR / DH3, if your fork is an other fork with 26mm stanchions parts 4, 20, 22, 38, 38H, 302 will fit, but others might not be needed!  All other parts might be available on request!  All my sold XC SEAL-KIT’s will include an extra XC SCREW-SET  for FREE !

This is about a 1:1 remastered Marzocci Oil Seal Insertion Tool for 26mm XC Series Forks. It helps to press the 26mm Oil Seal verticaly into the slider without damaging! To use it for all XC-Series 26mm Forks from the 90’s : XC600, XC700, XCR, DH3. It is a very handy Tool made from aluminium. Use it with a plastic hammer. There is also a 24mm version available .
